The old season blog will be quick today. Thanks to Mark “Scholar” Ellis’ late-game heroics the A’s are tied with the Angels for first in the division as they sit idle today. Oh yeah, one other thing…

36 games in and the A’s are tied for the best record in the American League.

So suck it Barry Zito.  Suck it long and suck it hard.  But not you Dan Haren, congratulations on having the best record in all of baseball over in Arizona.  But you Zito?  Suck it!
