This weeks T’d Up: Ron Mexico, mistaking Surry, VA for Tijuana

In what has been the easiest decision in the long and glorified history of the T’d Up column, PETA Advocate formerly marketable NFL QB Mike Vick apparently will now be indicted on his role in a dog-fighting ring at a house he owns in Virginia.  Several informants have come into the light this week and the prosecution apparently has enough evidence now.

Too bad, I had my money on the Taco Bell chihuahua in a mid-June maiden special weight fight.  I hope MV7, LLC refunds scratches.

In light of the impending indictment, AirTran has dropped him as a spokesman.  Obviously this is where they draw the line, special weed-concealing water bottles on flights are okay, but no underground gambling on inhumane animal treatment.

So Señor Mexico, for lending a house to ne’er-do-well family members, repeatedly lying, (*cough spreading STDs) and probably gambling on innocent animal deaths, you are hereby:

T’d Up-date:  Last week’s tool of the week, Larry Zierlein apologizes. (we believe mostly due to our article)

Pittsburgh Steelers offensive line coach Larry Zierlein apologized for accidentally e-mailing an explicit sex video to numerous NFL employees, including league commissioner Roger Goodell.
Zierlein said the incident has been difficult for him and his family and that he intends to use his team-issued computer only for football business from now on. He sent a note of apology to all NFL employees and those with the Steelers who received his raunchy e-mail. . . .

Just doin’ ma job.

T’d Up is a weekly column that runs on Fridays selecting, in our humblest of opinions, the biggest sports Tool of the Week.
